Lease management, maintenance requests, and resident portal functions are handled through DoorLoop. If you create a resident account, your data is governed by DoorLoop's privacy policy.

Pet registration is handled through PetScreening. If you register a pet, your information is subject to PetScreening's privacy policy.

Boyd Forest does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Inquiry and tour request data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up and maintain records. If you become a resident, your information is retained for the duration of your tenancy and as required by applicable law.

You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us directly. We will honor such requests to the extent permitted by law and our operational requirements.
