When you submit an inquiry, tour request, or waitlist form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message or preferences.

We also collect limited technical information automatically. Our hosting provider processes standard server data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. If you consent to analytics (see "Cookies & Analytics" below), we collect aggregate, cookieless traffic data.

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a tour, or follow up on home availability. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your knowledge.

If you proceed with a rental application, your information will be handled through our property management platform as part of the screening and leasing process.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, only after you accept it in the consent banner. Vercel Analytics processes your IP address to derive a non-identifying, aggregate visitor measure; it does not store your IP or build an advertising profile. If you decline, no analytics is loaded.

On pages with forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots and prevent spam. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics and may set a token in your browser. This is used only for security verification.

We share your information only with the service providers that operate this site and our leasing process — never with data brokers or advertisers:

Vercel — website hosting and (with your consent) cookieless analytics.

Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection on form pages.

Formspree — receives and stores form submissions so we can respond.

Resend — sends the confirmation and notification emails triggered by your form submission.

DoorLoop — lease management, maintenance requests, and the resident portal. If you create a resident account, your data is governed by DoorLoop's privacy policy.

PetScreening — pet and assistance-animal registration, if you choose to register.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics is opt-in: you can accept or decline in the consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by declining the banner or clearing this site's data in your browser.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us. We do not sell or share your personal information, so no "Do Not Sell or Share" action is required — but you are welcome to confirm this with us.

To make any request, email contact@boydforest.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, to the extent permitted by law and our operational and legal record-keeping requirements.

Inquiry, tour, and waitlist data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up and maintain records. If you become a resident, your information is retained for the duration of your tenancy and as required by applicable law.

This site is intended for adults seeking rental housing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
